You might want to get the tissues for this session. When you realize that you have officially photographed an entire family of senior pictures that have 3 children that span 4 years, you start to feel old, just a little. Knowing that you have known this entire family an additional 2-3 years and have watched them all grow up – having the ‘baby’ come in for his session made this gal teary, I won’t lie, I did tear up at the session.
Meet Dylan. Little Brother to 2012 Senior Ayla and 2010 Senior Kyle. Kyle who is serving in the Army right now was one of my 1st Seniors when I started my business, 4th to be exact. Ayla who is studying at CSU was one of my first that I tried night photography on a Senior and one of my 1st Seniors to have studio lighting used at her session. Dylan brought a motorcycle to his session, dressed up in a suit, brought a pocket watch to go with his suit and is an Eagle Scout. This kid rocks. You can even see how much he’s grown up from the family sessions – every Senior (another 1st started by this family) receives a 30 minute family session with an 8×10 and 24 hours before Kyle left for the Army we started this feature with a family session. Dylan has grown some when we did Ayla’s family session, and in the next few weeks I’ll be sharing Dylan’s Family Session. Such an awesome family.
When asked about his plans for after graduation – it is to attend school locally and work on the core requirements. He said there is a lot of options right now for him. How true that is.
With a tissue in hand – check out Dylan’s Senior session:
