Meet 2023 Legend high school senior Kylie! When talking to her mom about what Kylie wanted for her senior portraits, parts of our beautiful city of Parker was on her list. For those who live in Parker, when I describe the location…if you know, you know! She wanted the alley near the Fika Coffee House. That was a priority for her, and though I have photographed there before, it had been a while, and she wanted a graffiti area for images, I knew of the place but had not been there.
I suggested we do the Parker tour. That’s what I call it, where we start off at the Parker Library, work our way to the alley near Fika, and end up at the graffiti area. That worked for Kylie and she brought her darling cat with her, and came with the cutest carrying case for the cat that I have ever seen!
Kylie’s long dark hair and stylish clothes made for a beautiful senior session. When we got to the graffiti area, we were near a car wash and that has become a thing with other senior photographers so with the sun setting soon, and just a few minutes left of her session, I suggested a few car wash photos that Kylie instantly rocked the session. Something new for me and something edgy for her. Win/Win.
