It may only be August – but for those who have photographed with me before – the holiday season starts a little early with a family portrait that will be customized into greeting cards for the holidays. This year we are even starting a little earlier – so that no one is left in the cold this season! We are taking the outdoor locations to the mountains, the red rocks and other fun places this year! You don’t want to miss this year’s session, because I am adding a few goodies such as canvas prints, brag books and jewelry to the product line. Canvas – oh yes! This year go BIG and WILD on your walls and add your favorite family portrait to the wall in canvas! Would you like a mini brag book of your session? Imagine a cute 3×3 accordion book that you can toss into your purse and show anytime someone asks how the family is doing! Jewelry, I’m exclusively working with a local jeweler who will take our favorite photo session and embed it into glass and create a stunning necklace! Now is the time to create that wish list!

Session:
Photo sessions locations will be announced shortly and you will be able to pick your time as to the location you choose. Sessions will take up to 45 minutes and pictures will be up online to view within 1 week.

Cost:
$150.00 for 45 minute shoot, 1 8×10, 25 custom cards with envelops – oh yes, just to help your holiday card season a little easier, I can also have your return address put on them, I just can’t mail them for you!

Cards:
But I have more then 25 friends and family! Good! Me too! Extra cards with envelopes can be purchases at $30.00 per 25 package.

Canvas:
Pricing on canvas are noted on our pricing page. Other sizes are available on request

Accordion Brag Book:
These are hot! Pick your cover design (custom picture or solid color) 3-5 pictures from the session and receive not 1 but 2 accordion books, 1 for you, 1 to give as a gift for $25.00.

Jewelry:
I am still working the details with the jeweler on this, but prices are very reasonable and they are gorgeous! Let me know if interested!

Special Notes:
Op-Love Clients: I can help create a special card for you if a family member is still serving across the seas. We can use one of your current photos from your recent Op-Love session and add a picture of your military deployed into the card!

As always, card designs are used only once during the 2010 season… once a client picks their design, that card is out of commission for the year. So first come, first serve to pick your card is the best choice. Please let me know if any questions!

Recently I was thinking of what I could add special to my Senior packages that would make your year a little more memorable. I thought about my own Senior session, and it reminded me of my family photo session. A part of my package, I was offered one mini-session with my family that gave us 1 free 8×10 photo from that session. A few months later after I had my personal photos taken, my family went back to the photographer, he posed us in about 3 spots in his ‘outdoor/indoor’ studio (it looked outdoors – but we were indoors) and we were done.

Laugh at my family photo if you will (Hey, I have!) – but it’s the only professional picture I have of my dad. I laugh at the glasses – these weren’t our frames, we borrowed them from the photographer because during that time getting the flare off the glass was nearly impossible so he gave us frames that closely matched up to our own frames without glass in them. They told us to match closely in color with our clothes, my dad wore very neutral colors so we basically dressed around him.

This is one of my most cherished photos of my family, and like I said, one of the very few photos of my father, let alone professional photos of my father – and I would like to offer this to you, Seniors of Susan B.
