Anne – 2011 Chaparral Senior Spokesmodel

I have known Anne since she was in middle school. She is a neighbor of ours, a very close friend to my own daughter, so when it comes to Anne and her sister Abby, they are not just ‘neighbors’ to me, they are my girls. So you can imagine when it came time to take her photo’s for her Senior year, just saying Anne and Senior in the same sentance makes me want to cry. I’m a sappy photographer, and a Mother – you just can’t fight this kind of thing.

So a few weeks ago, on an early Saturday morning, Anne, my daughter Jennifer (and assistant) and I went off to downtown Denver to start on her Spokesmodel Senior session. Being a Spokesmodel, gives Anne a few extra sessions, and the opportunity to earn some free extra photos with referrals of other Senior’s to my business.

We started downtown, going from one location to another – and eventually ending up at the 16th Street Mall. We had lots of heads turning because you could see on Anne’s face, she was the center of attention and having so much fun. One of my favorite photos from the session and from downtown was in the alley and getting her reflection from the water.

Anne was up for anything and was quick to get into place when it came to photographing her. Such a beautiful smile and an outgoing personality, you can’t help be drawn to her and want to be friends with her the moment you meet her.

When asked what she would like to do when she finished high school, she said she would like to go into school education and become a kindergarten teacher. This does not surprise me as she is very much in demand with the neighbors for babysitting!

Of course – we couldn’t end the session without best friends being shot together.

Thank you Anne for letting me highlight your special time. I am so proud of you and am excited to watch you grow more this year into the beautiful lady you are! Congrats on being Chaparral’s Senior Spokesmodel!
